We grew from a family recipe book
Cukráreň Mandľová began at grandma's oven and the recipes handed down in our family. Today we bake for the whole city, but the principle stayed the same — real butter, real vanilla and no shortcuts. Every cake is different, because every celebration is different.
Taste and looks both have to be right
A cake should be beautiful and taste wonderful. So we tune every detail — from the choice of filling through the sponge to the last sugar flower. We choose local, seasonal ingredients so the fruit tastes the way it should.
